1. General Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Serelis professional development courses, digital resources, and goods available at serelis.online. By registering for or purchasing any offering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Registration and Access

To enroll in a course or acquire a product, you must provide accurate contact details and complete the registration process on our site. Access credentials are personal and may not be shared.

3. Description of Offerings

3.1 Professional Development Services

Instructor-led courses, workshops, and seminars delivered virtually or on-site.

3.2 Digital Information Products

Downloadable guides, e-books, templates, and recorded webinars.

3.3 Physical Goods

Branded materials, printed coursebooks, and merchandise shipped to your address.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Swiss francs. You may complete your purchase using the methods indicated at checkout. Full payment is due at the time of order or registration.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 General Conditions

We process all refund requests in accordance with the rules below. Any refund will be made via the same method you used for the original payment.

5.2 Professional Development Services

• Full refund of course fees if you cancel at least 14 days before the course start date.
• Cancellations received 7–13 days before start date are eligible for credit toward a future session, valid for 12 months.
• No refunds within 7 days of start or after the course has begun. Resources and instructor time are committed in advance, so we cannot offer reimbursement once the course delivery is imminent or in progress.
• You may request a transfer to a later session by contacting us at any time prior to 7 days before start.

5.3 Digital Information Products

• You may request a refund within 14 days of download or access if you have accessed less than 20% of the content.
• After 14 days or once 20% of the content has been accessed, no refunds are available, as digital materials cannot be reclaimed.

5.4 Physical Goods

• You may return unused items within 30 days of receipt to Marktgasse 7, 3011 Bern, Switzerland.
• Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund of the item price to your original payment method within 14 days.
• You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

6. Course Transfer and Rescheduling

If you wish to transfer your registration to another course date, please submit a request at least 7 days before the original start date. Transfers are subject to seat availability.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Serelis, including materials, recordings, and activitymarks, remains our exclusive property. You may use course materials for personal or internal business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Serelis shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your participation in our offerings. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service or product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bern.
